9.2 Termination by Opal Homz:

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a client breaches any of these terms or fails to comply with the service agreement.

9.3 Effect of Termination:

• Upon termination, the client remains liable for any fees or expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

10. Amendments

10.1 Changes to Terms: - We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Service Agreement Modifications: - Changes to individual service agreements will be discussed and mutually agreed upon by both parties.

11. Governing Law

11.1 Jurisdiction: - These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings related to these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Noida.
